Chris Kerr and his father, the legendary Eddie Kerr have been making bespoke suits in their shop in Soho since the sixties.
A tailor in the strictest Savile Row tradition, the only things that separate Chris Kerr from that famous street are a relaxed attitude and a Soho address.
Their clothes are the real thing – genuine bespoke suits hand cut by Chris, who creates a unique paper pattern for each client.
The word bespoke is thrown around pretty casually these days, but real bespoke tailors are very rare and tailors with Chris Kerr’s understated and informal approach are rarer still.
While there are no rules – if you want it, Chris will make it – there’s as much advice and guidance on offer as you want.
Every bespoke suit is a collaboration between the tailor and his client, so there’s no question that can’t be asked or doubt that can’t be aired.
Every suit is cut specifically for its owner, so there’s no house style, rather every order starts with a blank sheet of paper.
Two-piece suits from £2000
Three-piece suits from £2400
Trousers from £500
Waistcoats from £500
All prices are affected by your choice of fabric.
* Made-To-Measure from £1100 (2 piece), £1500 (3 piece).
*Our new made-to measure service offers a great alternative to bespoke for customers making their first foray into custom made clothing or for those who prefer the speed and simplicity made-to-measure offers.
The process for made to measure is very similar to that for bespoke – we take measurements and discuss fabrics and styling details. We use patterns from our own tailor’s block, adjusted to fit the customer. Fewer fittings are required and time to delivery is shorter.
